Most of the time I come into these posts with an idea of what I'm going to write about.  This post is no different.  In fact, I know EXACTLY what I'm going to write about.  If you read the title of this post, so do you.  This is the last time I will post before the UK and UofSmell match up on Saturday.  So I am skipping over Lamar on purpose.  There are more important things to talk about. 

I thought I would share the reasons why Kentucky is better than UofL before I get into the meat of this post.  Here it is:

Kentucky is better than Louisville this season
	How does our back look? Kentucky is ranked higher than Louisville in their conference (#1 vs #3).
	Kentucky is a better three-point shooting team (36.7% vs 32.0%) than Louisville this season.
	Kentucky scores more (on and off the court) (82.2 per game vs 73.2 per game) than Louisville this season.
	Kentucky is a better shooting team (49.9% vs 44.1%) than Louisville this season.

Kentucky is better than Louisville historically
	It's not an honor just to make the tournament. Kentucky has more Sweet 16 appearances over the last 10 years than Louisville (8 vs 3).
	We win when it counts, too. Kentucky has more NCAA Tournament wins over the last 10 years than Louisville (18 vs 12).
	Kentucky has a much better overall winning percentage over the last 20 years (0.786 to 0.677).
	AP voters think more highly of Kentucky and have put us in the AP Top 25 more often over the past 10 years than Louisville (147 vs 125).
	Kentucky embarrassed Louisville by 15 points the last time they played (Dec 31, 2010).
	You get an A for effort, but Kentucky has punished Louisville the last 2 times they've played.
	At least you keep showing up. Kentucky has an average margin of victory of 13 over Louisville in 19 wins since 1982.
	It must sting. Kentucky has blown out Louisville by 20 points or more on 4 occasions since 1996.

Kentucky players are better than Louisville players
	Diaper Dandies love us. Kentucky has recruited more McDonald's All-Americans out of high school than Louisville (36 vs 19).
	We're a talent magnet. Since 1998 Kentucky has recruited more Top 10 high school players than Louisville (11 vs 1).
	Kids want to come here. Since 1998 Kentucky has recruited more Top 50 high school players than Louisville (28 vs 15).
	We have a history of cultivating talent. Over the past 10 years Kentucky has had more players drafted by the NBA than Louisville (14 vs 4).
	The Kentucky blocks leader (Anthony Davis) has more blocks than the Louisville blocks leader (Gorgui Dieng).
	The Kentucky three-point leader (Doron Lamb) has more three-pointers than the Louisville three-point leader (Kyle Kuric).
	The Kentucky scoring leader (Doron Lamb) has more points than the Louisville scoring leader (Kyle Kuric).
	Kentucky is taller. The average height of the top 8 players on Kentucky is 79.5 inches compared to 75.6 inches for Louisville.
	Kentucky is bigger. The average weight of the top 8 players on Kentucky is 227 lbs compared to 198 lbs for Louisville.
	Anthony Davis is ranked 21st nationally in rebounds and ranked 2nd nationally in blocks

The SEC is a better conference than the Big East
	The SEC has a stronger schedule this year compared to the Big East (4 vs 14).
	The worst team in the SEC has a much higher RPI than the worst team in the Big East (260 vs 290).
	Last year the SEC had fewer blowout games in conference (meaning there is greater parity within the conference) than in the Big East.
	The SEC has teams that are better at scoring, rebounding, blocks, and shooting percentage than any team in the Big East.
	The top ranking player between the two conferences for three pointers and blocks is in the SEC.

Kentucky is a better school than Louisville
	More violent crime happens in Louisville so be careful if you visit (when compared to Lexington -- according to the FBI).
	More property crime happens per capita in Louisville so you better protect your valuables if you visit (when compared to Lexington -- according to the FBI).
	Kentucky has more Top 50 Director's Cup finishes than Louisville (16 vs 5)

Now that the fun part is over with, it's time for me to tell you a story about tricky Ricky.

Well...  I'm back.  Like it or not, I'm here to provide you with the weekly post that will likely change your life forever.  I know it changes mine.  This week will be a post aimed toward my hated of the UofL basketball program.  I won't beat around the bush and tell you things like they have a higher RPI than Kentucky, or that they are still a perfect 11-0 because that would be logical.  That's something I am not, nor do I claim to be.   I do however claim to be the biggest UK fan to ever walk this earth.  Which in part is what drives me to write this beautiful poetry on a weekly basis.  Lets get started shall we?  

The UK Bigot's top Reasons why UofL sucks:

1.  They never leave the Chum Bucket

Louisville has consistantly played at home this year.  The only time UofL has played an official away game this year was against Butler.  Butler is proving this year that they aren't even a respectable opponent to judge UofL's ability to play on the road.  So how has UofL proven to anyone that they can be a force when playing on another teams floor?  Even Dickie V. agrees with me:

As I announced earlier in the week, I (The UK Bigot) am here to speak the truth about UK athletics.  I hope you enjoy my posts.  If not, who cares.  The wife only lets me on the computer after I take out the trash and empty the dishwasher.   There is limited time available to post UK gold for millions to read so bear with me.  On a weekly basis I will break down some of my personal stories the involve Kentucky, Louisville, and my extremely explosive and talented fantasy football team.  

Fact #1 -Patrick Towles and I are BFF

 Patrick Towles took home the Paul Hornung (I am the best player in the state of Kentucky) award this week just as the head hancho's announced on this website yesterday.  Why is this important?  Because Towles is a UK commit and Paul Hornung is my cousin.   It's a well know fact around family gatherings and holiday get-togethers that Paul and I share secrets about his top prospects for this elite award given every year.  If you would like to know some inside information, here it is...  I don't mean to brag but, I am the reason Towles won this award.  The fact that Towles is a 6'5 235 lbs QB threw for 3,820 yards and 42 touchdowns, he also rushed for 589 yards and 15 touchdowns had nothing to do with his chances of taking home the trophy.  NOTHING.  Paul respects my opinion and knowledge of UK football and their commits. He also respects that I make a killer oyster casserole which won him over during the Thanksgiving holiday.  You are welcome CAT fans.

Fact #2 -Terrence Jones told me why he didn't play well against IU

Bigotry plagues the world we live in.  Hate, religion differences and racial profiling are all real problems we as United States citizens must deal with on a daily basis.  However,  That's not me.  I bring none of that to the table.  My job on this website is to be a bigot, but I will never talk about religion or race.  I will however talk about HATE on a weekly basis.  I will talk about how much I hate the UofL Cardinals.  I will talk about how much I hate every other program out there who has a different opinion about my Wildcats than I do.  I am the UK Bigot.  I will do my best to bring you an absurd view on a variety of topics that most of you who read them will hate.

A Bigot is defined as: A person who is utterly intolerant of any ideas other than his or her own.

A UK Bigot is defined as: A person who is utterly intolerant of any Louisville Cardinal fan, IU Hoosier fan, or any fan of any other team who has any opinion other than my own.
